1.  Admission will be on the basis of merit only, except for certain seats for which admission rules have been set apart.

2. A candidate for admission to Diploma in Commerce Part 1 must have passed Matriculation or its equivalent examination from an educational board of Pakistan.

3. Candidates who have passed the matriculation examination of the same year will be selected for admission, if the government rules and regulations permit, the students who have passed the matriculation of the last two years can also be admitted. Also, the age of each candidate should not exceed 18 years at the time of admission. A further two years exemption is at the discretion of the principal institution.

4. 20 additional marks will be given to the Hafiz of Quran while making merit but for this it is necessary that the Hafiz of Quran who comes on merit should provide documentary evidence issued by the approved religious madrasahs of Government of Pakistan/Punjab. Also he should pass the regular test and interview. The committee will confirm that the candidate has memorized the entire Holy Quran.

5. The principal institution has the power to approve or reject the application for admission. Their decision will be definitive and final. Candidates who will be issued orders on the admission form, they will have to pay the dues immediately. Otherwise, non-payment of dues will result in cancellation of their admission.

6. If the information is incorrect after admission, the admission will be canceled and disciplinary action will be taken.

7. Handicapped persons should attach disability certificate from Medical Superintendent of Government Hospital.

8. No candidate will be admitted to the college who has previously admitted to any college and left the college. The candidate will be responsible for the violation.

9. The principal institution reserves the right to change the admission rules as per the circumstances with the approval of the approved rules or the competent authority (Higher Education Department, Government of Punjab).

Note: –

(1) For age relaxation- Rs.200/- shall be deposited in the institution’s fund.

(2) Application for age relaxation shall be forwarded to the competent authority through the principal institution.

Instructions regarding Admission Form for Diploma in Commerce Part –I

1- The proposed form is attached at the end of the prospectus after filling it up and submitting it to the office of the institution before the stipulated time by attaching the following documents. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

a.   5 Attested copy of matriculation certificate or result card.

b. 4 passport size photographs of the candidate out of which only one must be attested.

c. 1 copy of Certificate of Good Conduct from Head of School.

d. Four postal envelopes with residential address.

2- Students who have passed the matriculation examination private and their date of birth is not mentioned on the provisional certificate issued by the Board of Secondary Education, or 2 attested copies of Form B issued by NADRA must be submitted.

3- The candidate must attach the attested photocopy of the identity card of the father/guardian along with the admission form.

Admission Rules and Conditions for Diploma in Commerce Part –II

1- Students who have passed the D.Com Part-I examination from this institution as a regular candidate will be eligible for admission to D.Com Part-II.

2- In the institutes which have first and second shift, Diploma in Commerce Part-I students of first shift will study in Diploma in Commerce Part-II first shift and students of second shift will study in second only.

3- Previous D.COM Part-I or Private D.COM Part-I pass students who have appeared in the examination from this institution are eligible for admission provided seats remain after the admission of regular students and the students fulfill other admission requirements and their age should not exceed 20 years.

4- The classes of D.Com Part –II will be started immediately after the examination of D.Com Part –I.

5- The complete application in all respects must be attached to the file cover and submitted to the office.
